How the System Works

The module exchanges data with the USB hub and the touchscreen across the vehicle’s high-speed data network. On wireless-equipped platforms, the APIM also communicates with the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules, which handle the initial pairing and the ongoing data stream.
