Wiper winter park position

Wiper winter park mode can be turn on or
off through instrument cluster menu. When winter mode turned on, the wipers
take a higher position on the windscreen. In this position, the wipers are
heated by blowing the windscreen or windscreen heating threads, which
prevents the wipers from freezing in the winter.
